Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Quad Cities Builders and Remodelers Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the building and remodeling industry through a commitment to quality, collaboration, and community.

By joining, you'll gain access to valuable networking opportunities, industry resources, educational events, and a strong collective voice advocating for our industry.

Membership to the Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Association (QCBR) includes memberships to Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI) and/or Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Illinois (HBRAI) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). All dues are billed annually.

Builds, remodels, or develops land commercially or residentially.

Illinois Associate $535 Annually

Trade, industry, or profession related to building or housing.

Illinois Affiliate $85 Annually

Employee of a current Builder/Remodeler/Associate Member.

Profession Women in Building Council $75 Annually

Council dues are in addition to Builder/Remodeler/Associate/Affiliate dues.

Remodelers Council $75 Annually

Council dues are in addition to Builder/Remodeler/Associate/Affiliate dues.
